Terms & Conditions

The Company does not sell or serve alcohol to persons under the age of 18 or the legal drinking age in your country of residence. By accessing the Site, you affirm that you are of legal drinking age. The Company makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to or served to anyone who is under the age of 18.

By accessing this Site, you acknowledge that there is a government warning concerning the health effects of consuming alcoholic beverages:

  • (1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.
  • (2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems. Please drink responsibly.

Sale of Whisky Live Singapore tickets and/or goods is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. All tickets, e-tickets, vouchers, bottles, goods, and packages (“Tickets”) are sold by La Maison du Whisky Pte Ltd (“LMDW”) as an agent for and on behalf of Whisky Live Singapore (“WLS” or “Provider”) through and/or (individually referred to as “Platform” and collectively as “Platforms”).
  2. WLS and its appointed agents, venues, vendors, and collaborators will oversee the operation, management, production, and promotion of events, masterclasses, food and beverage offerings, places of interest, venue access, or other products or services for which the Tickets are sold (individually and collectively referred to as “Events” or “Services”), or the venues, crafts, attractions, bottles, and online platforms through which the Services are provided.
  3. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by WLS. WLS reserves the right to accept or reject any order. By ordering Tickets, you agree, on your own behalf and as an agent on behalf of all persons for whom you are purchasing Tickets or who will be holding Tickets purchased by you (referred to as “Ticket Holder”), to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  4. WLS shall be entitled, but not obliged, to conduct verification checks on any order and may rescind the order if such checks reveal fraud or other irregularities.
  5. WLS may, in certain situations, allow the sale or distribution of selected Tickets by approved third parties, which may include LMDW, via online websites, mobile applications, or other online platforms (“Third Party Sites”). These Third Party Sites are not owned, controlled, or managed by WLS, and consequently, WLS does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any information, materials, content, or other products or services produced or provided by Third Parties.
  6. These Third Party Sites may have their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies, for which WLS cannot be held liable.
  7. WLS has no control over the maintenance or management of the Venue, or the organisation or management of the Services. In cases where a Service is online and/or virtual, your ability to access Platforms and Services, as well as the quality of online services, are dependent on factors beyond WLS’s control. WLS cannot be held liable for any problems or issues you may encounter in accessing online services.
  8. WLS will not be liable for any content posted by users, vendors, or attendees, collectively and individually referred to as “Users,” and cannot be held responsible for any illegal, infringing, objectionable, or offensive content uploaded by other Users.
  9. You agree that you are solely responsible for all content you make available on or through social media platforms, and you agree not to submit, upload, or publish any content that is obscene, infringing, offensive, illegal, or inflammatory, or commit any unlawful act or any act designed to impair the operation and functionality of Services.
  10. You agree not to allow any person other than a Ticket Holder to gain unauthorised access to the Platform and its online services and not to disclose user IDs, passwords, website links, and other access procedures issued by WLS to access online services.
  11. You agree that while WLS has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Services, WLS and its agents have the right to do so to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
  12. You agree not to record, reproduce, copy, distribute, or disseminate any Service related to WLS without prior written consent. WLS and its agents reserve the right to remove, edit, delete, or censor content on social media platforms and online services and/or terminate your access to the Services without notice.
  13. WLS and its agents and employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss, or damage while in or using the Venue, nor for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchanges relating to the Services or the cancellation or postponement of the Services. Booking fees and handling fees shall not be refundable.
  14. Ticket prices and discounts may change during a sale period, as determined by WLS and its agents. No refunds will be given or claims entertained due to changes in Ticket prices or discounts.
  15. Upon confirmation of your Ticket order, no exchange of Tickets will be allowed under any circumstances, and Tickets are not transferable. Resale of Tickets at any price is prohibited. WLS and its agents reserve the right to cancel transferred or resold Tickets and deny entry to such Ticket holders.
  16. Upon confirmation of your Ticket order, no refunds for Tickets will be granted under any circumstances, except as provided in Condition 11 below.
  17. If a Service is postponed or cancelled, Notices shall be placed in the media or on affiliated platforms by WLS and/or its agents, vendors, and/or employees.
  18. All refund claims shall be subject to approval by LMDW. WLS and its agents or platforms may process refund requests, but the authorization and sums will be subject to final approval by LMDW.
  19. Refunds for Tickets purchased using payment methods other than credit cards may be made in accordance with WLS’s written instructions. Fluctuations in currency conversion rates may affect refund amounts.
  20. Where Tickets purchased are to be refunded in cash, refunds must be made in person at LMDW’s registered address, during specified time slots, with original tickets, receipts, goods, and refund confirmation email.
  21. Goods purchased outside of WLS and its affiliates are not subject to consideration, and neither WLS nor its affiliates can be held liable for refunds, exchanges, or repayments from non-affiliated Third Parties.
  22. Entry and access will be refused if Tickets have not been purchased from WLS-appointed platforms or authorized Third Party points of sale.
  23. Infants, children, or persons under the legal drinking age in Singapore will not be admitted to the Event even with Tickets. If government-issued identification is not presented, WLS reserves the right to deny entry.
  24. Entry and access are subject to age restrictions specified by the Singapore Government and the Venue’s terms and conditions. No refunds will be made based on lack of awareness of such restrictions.
  25. WLS reserves the right to refuse admission or access and/or evict any person whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate, poses a security threat, or hinders the enjoyment of Services by others.
  26. If you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or suspect you may have come into contact with someone infected, please test yourself and visit WLS responsibly at your own discretion.
  27. Ticket Holders’ images may be used for publicity and promotional purposes.
  28. The sale of Tickets is governed by Singapore Law, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
